    Evimizin satılması sürecinde Soner Atışan beyin kibarlığından ilgisinden çalışmasından dürüstlüğünden çok memnun kaldık . işini layığı ile yapan profesyonel biri. emlakçı değil de arkadaşımız gibi gördük . bize öyle hissettirdi. bahtı yolu açık olsun . hizmetlerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

    Soner Atışan ile içimize sinen bir dubleks ev kiraladık. Ev sahibimiz ile uyumumuzu baştan algıladı ve her iki tarafa da çok yardımcı oldu. Güvenilir, samimi bir emlakçıya denk gelmek bu devirde kolay değil. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

    İstanbul'dan iş için ailemle, daha önce hiç bilmediğimiz bir şehir olan Yalova'ya taşınma sürecimizde, bugüne kadar yaşadığım emlak danışmanı tecrübelerimizden çok farklı bir deneyim yaşadık. Soner Atışan Bey'i internetten bulduğumuz bir ilan ile ilgili bilgi almak için aradığımızda, söz konusu evi tutmak kısmet olmadı. Sonrasında ise iki buçuk aylık bir sürede her konuda danıştığımız bir bilir kişi oldu kendisi. Buna küçük kızımızın okulu dahil:)) Sonunda da yine Soner Bey'in yardımlarıyla evimizi tuttuk ve bu süreçte de hem ev sahbini, hem kiracıyı kollayan, samimi, çalışkan ve güven veren tavrı ile emlak danışmanlığına olan güvenimizi arttırdı. Kendisine buradan da teşekkür etmek istedik. Turyap Yalova Çarşı'yı bu sebeple tebrik ederiz.

    Briefly (if you want just the main thought): all-inclusive service (way beyond just renting a flat) with good English (which is rare in Yalova). Soner Atışan was our manger. IMPORTANT: Also Soner was able to advise me correctly on the matter of getting a residence permit with 1 year contract for a flat. There were some hidden problems nobody told me about. Soner did. IMPORTANT 2: if you do not know Turkish it is very hard to do anything by yourself in Yalova that's why we praise Soner for all the help. And trust me google translate will not help you there, for some reason English to Turkish translation is awful if you need to translate something a bit more complicated than a "hi" "how much" or "I need this steak well done". A bit more information: If you are just moving to turkey, they will help you with everything from renting a flat (and buying furniture for it) to finding a kindergarten for you children and best place to buy fresh fruits near you. We didn't communicate with lots of people inside the agency, our manager was Soner Atışan. So this review is basically just about his work. Soner helped us find a flat that we actually liked and even though it was unfurnished, he helped us to get it furnished by the owner. Which apparently nobody does in Turkey: if the flat is empty, than there is a 99,99% chance you will have to furnish it your self. He also helped with moving, finding a kindergarten for my child and lots of other small stuff you do not expect help with from a real estate agent. Even when a was trying to buy some furniture and manager didn't speak good English, I called Soner and acted as a translator. I still can call him and ask him about any problem of mine and he will try to help with it day or night.

    I want to thank this company so much specially to Soner Atisan for helping me sell my apartment & helping me in all the paperwork that I had to do. I really put all my trust in him since the beginning and it worked out really well. I recommend him to everyone who is either selling, buying or renting a house/apartment.     مكتب يتعامل بمهنية عالية ناس امينين لا ياخذون سوى حقهم لا يضيفون اي مبلغ على العقار يقربون وجهات النظر بين البائع و المشتري انجاز العمل باسرع وقت (حريصين على اتمام الموضوع اكثر من البائع والمشتري) والله لو كان هناك تقييم ٧ نجوم لاعطيته لهم وخصوصا السيد سونار اتيشان Soner Atışan.. شكراً لكم على كل شيء و شكر خاص للسيد سونار اتيشان Soner Atışan

    Мы искали бюджетную квартиру, и по совету друзей, обратились к Сонеру Атышану. Можем рекомендовать его абсолютно всем, кто хочет купить или снять квартиру в Ялове и окрестностях!!! С ним сели, прошерстили все объявления и варианты, поездили, нашли в итоге то, что хотели. Работает быстро, реально в интересах клиента, не обманывает, не накручивает цену. На недостатки при осмотре указывает, на проблемы с документами тоже, не так что "лишь бы продать" и всё. Со всеми документами, с проведением платежей, с переговорами Сонер-бей помог очень сильно.

    Обратился к агенту Soner. Он помог найти квартиру, показал и все подробно рассказал. Далее организовал встречу с владельцем. Была сложность с Тапу. На момент встречи у владельца на руках не было Тапу. Soner держал ситуацию под контролем и в итоге все получилось. Отличный агент, который помогает даже после заключения договора.

    I want to thank this company really much that helped me sell my apartment, especially Soner Atisan who helped me in all the papers and everything that i had to fill out.
